This is a two bedroom private space with a large outdoor patio located in Nolita/ Soho area. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed, has large windows, AC units. The kitchen opens to an amazing private patio with chairs, pillows, towels, and a barbecue. There is a good sound system for indoor and outdoor too.

Apartment located in the heart of Nolita and steps away from SOHO - one of the most hip and desirable neighborhoods in New York! The place is tastefully decorated, and clean. This is our family townhouse, it has two separate floors and each floor is private, This floor has 2 bedroom and comfortable for 4 people.

You cannot beat the location! Steps away from the best cafes/restaurants in New York. To name a few, you are minutes away from Egg Shop, Butcher's Daughter, Cafe Gitane, Balthazar, Grey Dog, Cafe Selec, La Esquine, Elizabeth st Garden, Whole Foods, TraderJoe’s

Great shopping, there are numerous boutiques on streets of Nolita. Broadway is a couple of blocks away with all the big brands.

10-minute walking distance to west village, 7 minute to East village, and 15 minutes to union square.
6 train is 3 blocks from the apartment, N/R/Q, B/D/F and J/Z are all within 5 block radius

It is in a private building. This is a townhouse has two-floor walk up.
