Modern high floor large 1 BR downtown condo within a block of multiple subway lines, gyms, grocery stores, hot restaurants and bars. 5 min walk to WTC & Seaport.
Very flexible dates; perfect for someone working in FiDi or Tribeca.
This is a large 1 bedroom with modern furnishings and upgraded amentities. TV with many apps and full cooking appliances. Since this is my personal apartment there is no corporate feel it is personally styled and very colorful.
The building is right by Wall Street and adjacent to delis, organic market, cafes, Seaport, Starbucks. Tons of groceries including Wholefoods , restaurants, and bars in the immediate area; walk to Seaport, WTC Westfield Mall, Eataly, Brookfield Place, Printemps Dept Store, Century 21, Nobu etc.
Close to all subways: 2,3 trains a few feet away, 3 blocks to J,M,Z,4,5,A,C trains and M15 bus; 5 blocks to N,R train and NJ Path train. Free shuttle to Battery Park.
Dogs are welcome (just don't scratch or chew things). (I have none). The apartment is appropriate for 1-2 ppl as there is only one queen bed and couch is modern so not appropriate for sleeping.
Note: I am not offering any closet space as I need it all myself; you can place clothes on top of dressers or other surface. No parties, events, or loud music.
