This location is across the street from Central Park and has direct, gorgeous living room views. This is an accessible spot being just a 30 second walk to 110 Cathedral Parkway subway station- you’ll be in midtown in 12 minutes with the B or C train.

This wonderful space is my personal apartment so it has everything you need for daily living.
