We prioritize safety, cleanliness, and respect for all guests and neighbors. Please review the following:
• No parties, gatherings, filming, or e-bikes permitted
• No pets allowed, including service animals (due to severe allergies in the building)
• No smoking, vaping, HOOKAH, marijuana, or drugs
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
• Eat only in designated areas (kitchen/dining)
• Shoes off at entry—coat rack and shoe space provided
• All guests must be registered and provide government-issued ID at least 48 hours before check-in
• Children welcome—please share ages for proper accommodations

• Early check-in/late check-out must be requested in advance and may incur fees
