I recently had to switch from 7-night minimums to 30-night minimums due to a NYC-mandated short-term rental ban. That said, if you are interested in short-term housing of stays less than 30 days, I'm open to it. Prior to Airbnb shuttng down my listing, my previous short-term listing for this same apartment was hosted by myself and my brothers Jeff and Mike, and had over 45 reviews from very happy guests an and was rated at 4.72 stars overall! (See photos for screenshots).

The building is a classic mid-block Manhattan building with a brownstone-ish feel. The hallways are fully carpeted. You will walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment, which is on the 2nd floor.

There is one (1) full bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

The bathroom will be stocked with toilet paper. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, pots/pans, paper towels and I have provided extra cooking supplies including an air fryer, toaster oven and microwave, coffee maker and hot water kettle for you to use.

The apartment is well-stocked with linens including extra sheets, blankets and towels.

I will provide you with a house manual containing information on wifi, self-check-in instructions, and recommendations for nightlife / restaurants / shopping / cafes.

I offer a self-check in with keys in a nearby lockbox, so you can feel free to check in anytime.
