A Hidden Gem! Great place, Amazing location. Stayed here for couple weeks and from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space itself is beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and large closet spaces for each bedrooms. I especially loved the shower. The patio was a very special bonus of my stay. Also communication was excellent with Esef. Highly recommended.

The flat was in a perfect position for exploring New York either on foot or using the trams. It is surrounded by lots of great places to eat and drink which was very useful after a full day sightseeing. Esef is a very helpful host.

Overall for what we paid… Esef’s apartment was great. It’s located on the border of Nolita and Chinatown and it’s on a quiet corner. Esef’s apartment has a patio…which is rare so this was a bonus for us. there was 4 of us so to be able to escape for fresh air and to enjoy the NYC sights and sounds in our pajamas was a bonus (From the patio there is clear view of the Empire State Building if you look north over the wall) We felt very safe and there was tons of restaurants /grocery stores etc nearby. The kitchen was handy and even had a dishwasher. The bathroom was suitable as were the beds. Esef was super fast to respond and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Esef. The apartment is clean and offers all that you need. The neighbour hood is just perfect- in the middle of Soho, beginning of little italy - in a quiet angle - so not noisy. Easy to walk to the most loved spots of east village, Soho. Very nice cafes, stores , restaurants nearby. The terrace is very nice - unfortunately the weather was not so suited to stay there. Highly recommended

Brilliant week staying in NOLITA in a great apartment in a fantastic location. Wonderful to be able to meander through such a lovely neighbourhood on route to various attractions and to eat locally- the choices felt endless. Having our own space at the end of our long days and some ‘down time’ was great; even if we only used the kitchen for a cup of tea! Esef was incredibly helpful and responsive to our various queries which made our week in NYC feel pretty seamless. I’m sure we will be back!

Great Bnb! Easy check-in and check out with clear instructions and flexibility. Space was perfect for what we needed and wanted. Comfortable bed and nice clean shower. Loved the patio! Some cushions were wet from rain before we arrived but still enough chairs and dry space to hang out. Having a fridge, dishes, and a way to play music was nice. Location is fantastic!! So much so close by. Would stay here again.

We couldn't have picked a better place. The accommodation has a lot of charm, and the terrace is amazing, especially in the mornings before it gets too hot. Everything was clean. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything we needed. The host was super friendly, responded extremely quickly to inquiries, and was very flexible otherwise. We highly recommend the apartment and would come back anytime!

Esef’s place was great. Location is fantastic near little Italy, China town, and the Grand Ave subway station. You can walk from here to most places in the city or easily catch a train. Two bedrooms were nice and clean. Excellent shower. Didn’t use the balcony given the time of year but I imagine it would be nice in the summer.
