Tim's listing was exactly as advertised. Like all the other positive reviews, the booking was a great experience. Great location to go anywhere around Brooklyn and to get to Manhattan quickly. The space was clean, organized and decorated with care. Tim was always helpful and accommodating. He always made sure to give guests space but still made you feel like it was your home as well. Highly recommend this listing and Tim as a host!

Tim's place is very nicely furnished and comfortable, just as it's described in the bnb entry. Tim himself is friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to use the kitchen and refrigerator for some meals. We found the bed comfortable, and we appreciated Tim's concern that we have a comfortable and nice stay. We also liked being close to several subway stations and lines, as most of our trips around the city were in the subway.

Tim is a great host and all communication was easy. The room is as advertised and the house is very clean. The bnb is conveniently located near several metro lines that can bring you both into Manhattan or further into Brooklyn. The neighborhood itself is also ideal for exploring or grabbing a bite to eat.

I was in NYC for work and Tim’s place was the perfect, peaceful spot to balance both remote working and meetings in Manhattan. While some might prefer to stay in Manhattan itself, I found that being on the other side of the river was a nice respite from the city, while close enough to not be spending too much time in the subway. Tim was warm, accommodating and helpful. The space is lovely, and the room comfortable and well lit, which can be rare for accom in NYC. Tim’s place is also walking distance to responsibly priced restaurants, grocery stores and cafes. All in all, a fantastic stay!

This space is at a great location, close to public transit and eating areas. The room was extremely comfortable and well-laid out with linens, blankets, pillows, a desk, plants. Kitchen is well-stocked and the common area is cozy with fun books to look through. Tim is communicative, friendly, flexible, and great to talk to about travel. Tim has been a wonderful host! Tim's place is lovely, wonderfully designed, and well thought out for a fully enjoyable experience. Located in a perfect position, with different subway stations all close by, and the Williamsburg bridge at walking distance. I really loved the neighborhood and I felt very safe. Tim’s place is easily the best Bnb I’ve stayed at. The place is clean, wonderfully decorated, spacious, and all around fantastic. It’s in a good location, pretty close to transit stops and easy to get to the heart of Williamsburg. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Tim is an excellent host, communicating well, and generally just being a very friendly guy. The place has all the amenities you’d need and then some. 11/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Tim's - not only is he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but also provided us with great tips for things to do in New York. The room is quiet and has a lovely little balcony, and is only a few stops on the underground from Manhattan. We felt safe walking around the area, even when returning late at night. Tim has an awesome taste. Apartment is well-designed, has lots of interesting books. I personally wanted to spend more time inside — just reading and listening to music. Perfect for remote work, and well-located. Lots of places around my favorite was Brooklyn Brewery and Win Son Bakery (just 2 min from apartment). Also highly recommend to walk through Williamsburg and Greenpoint areas. Go to MoMa in Queens (which is like 15 min by train). Tim, huge thank you for the hospitality. Absolutely felt in love with this place!

Our stay at Tim's was absolutely fantastic. From the moment you walk into his apartment you know you're in for something special. The vibe is cozy yet modern and even luxurious. Decor is impeccable, everything is so well put. Loved the big windows and balcony. The mattress is extremely comfy! Everything was just perfect. Location is amazing as well. I would highly recommend you grab this place if available. It really is a no brainer.Tim is a sweetheart and wonderful super host. Super chill and relax.
