The apartment was very clean and in a great location, close to the train station, which was very convenient. However, both beds were very poor. One of the beds had a broken part, and both caused body aches and were uncomfortable to sleep on. I hope the beds can be improved in the future.

We had a wonderful month stay . The apt was neat, clean and had everything that we needed to stay and work. The location was excellent. Just steps to Central Park , the Subway, shops and Deli’s.Would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to go back someday. If I had to make suggestions for improvement it would be to have a doormat outside the front door and to replace the pillows which were flat. Everything else was perfect . Thank you Ina and Di.

It’s a nice small modern apartment overall. It’s a great location but the street area is not clean. Subway station is a 4min walk which is convenient. Great experience overall , the host is excelente with requests.

Wonderful place just seconds from Central Park.Everything was well thought out and ready for a long stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, from a coffee maker to pots and pans and even a nice collection of spices :)Having 2 bedrooms was very convenient! The Shower was spacious and clean with towels and everything you may need. Having a washer dryer in unit was a dream.Thank you for our gracious host who made sure everything is ok and if anything is missing, and was of a huge help with checkout!I highly recommend it!

Proximity to Central Park was spectacular for the month of July!!Thank god for the air conditioning in the bedroom! All accoutrementsin the kitchen were thoughtfully supplied, all cleaning supplies were provided, which made keeping the apartment clean very easy. I would definitely rent from Inna again!

This place is perfect for 2 working professionals that want to experience New York City! It is a very clean space, and although small like a typical NYC apartment, it is the perfect amount of space! The apartment is equipped with everything (washer/dryer unit!!) you need for a long term stay as the host has thought of everything. Although located pretty upper west in Manhattan, the subway line (ACE) is super close and convenient to get to anywhere in Manhattan within 20-30 minutes! Additionally my favorite part was that it is located right next to Central Park so was great for getting fresh air! Also it is very conveniently located with a lot of options for grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. You have everything in the neighborhood within a walking distance. The host is super responsive and will resolve problems or questions within one hour. The only downside of the space is that there are barely windows that allow sunlight into the unit. If you want a space with windows, I would not recommend this place, it is stuffy as no air circulates and also it is a ground floor unit so you hear everything on the streets and people walking in and out of the building. However, windows are a luxury amenity in NYC apartments and I have heard street noise is very common for all NYC building, and you get used to it!! Overall, great stay and was perfect for 2 individuals working remotely! Would recommend!

This was a great place. It had everything we needed and was very close to the subway and park. There were only two setbacks. One is that one night the ceiling of our apartment started to leak a lot and we had to wait until the next morning to solve it. The second is that on the last day of our stay the super of the building came without warning to paint the ceiling again as I was trying to move out.

The apartment is incredibly nice with modern features in a great location. The rooms are tight but comfy enough and the amenities- washer/dryer unit in the apt- are amazing. Inna also responded quickly to messages if we ever had a question.

What a gem, located in the heart of the infamous Upper West Side! Thoroughly cleaned and adorned, with modern/stylish decor. Check-in and check-out went smoothly due to Inna and Jay’s promptness with communication. Stunning features, GROUND FLOOR unit and an elegant touch with a washer AND dryer! Central Park being STEPS away from the front door, made it all the more marvelously wonderful! Highly recommend this location based on experience had!!!

[Translated from Korean] Location: It was very nice to reside in the Upper West Side. There was a subway station 2-3 blocks away, making it easy to move to the center of Manhattan. However, since it is located beyond 100th Street, it takes some time to get to tourist attractions. Cleanliness: Overall, it was clean, but various insects from small bugs to cockroaches appeared. Fortunately, when I contacted the host, they sprayed insecticide, but bugs still appeared afterward. Overall impression: The host manages the property professionally, so it is well maintained, but they are quite busy and tend to respond selectively. Still, if you inquire a couple of times, you will receive a response 100% of the time. Overall, the facilities are good, making it very comfortable to use as a home away from home.
