This is a great place to stay in Brooklyn! It's right next to one of the most beautiful cemeteries and easy walking distance to public transportation. Sunset Park is one of my favorite neighborhoods in New York because of the food and general vibe. The apartment is cozy and has a really nice backyard area that Sayra is developing into a gorgeous garden. She's a really gracious host who's quick to respond to any questions or concerns and is just a generally cool person. Absolutely five stars.

I stayed for a month, I loved the place a lot, Sayra is very helpful, always responsive and whenever I had any issue, she fixes it ASAP, the neighborhood is more than awesome, the house itself is little bit old, but it's very cozy and everything is working. I am sure we will come back again!

Sayra was very responsive whenever I had an issue. The place is old, but clean and enough space for 2 people. Location is quiet and very peaceful. The price is fantastic for a studio apartment in NYC; it’s pretty hard to find a studio apartment for just under 2k. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed at Sayras place for 3 months for work. Room was exactly described and shown as photos with mini private kitchen and private bathroom. The unit itself was very home-y and clean and was a comfortable stay. Sayra had allowed for my two cats to stay as well as was extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this stay for short or long term travellers. Subways are closed by and accessible to get to Manhattan as well as Coney Island!

I stayed at Sayra’s place for about 2 months while in Brooklyn for work. The unit is obviously a little older, which comes with a few noises. I didn’t really mind the thumps and rattles so much though. It’s a great convenient location and I never felt unsafe. Sayra was always quick to respond and made sure everything was ok when we had some really cold weather. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

Hi! Had a good time at Sayra's place. It was small & older, but it was all the two of us needed. We could tell from the pictures and description what it would be pretty clearly so we weren't surprised. Good quiet area. A couple things to note, the shower was constantly dripping. We didn't mind and I am sure they will get it fixed, also the fridge would growl & make a lot of noise. The only main problem we had was a few days before we were leaving. It was a super heavy rainstorm and we got a leak in the ceiling. A lot of places got it worse so I am glad that is all we got, but Sayra was quick to reply & to bring us over new sheets & towels, etc. Wifi was good, tv was good, & overall a great month :)
