This apartment is a gem! Just steps away from Central Park and the metro, the location couldn’t be better for exploring New York. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. it truly felt like a home, not just a rental. Cozy, clean, and incredibly convenient. I’d definitely stay here again.

We spent 5 amazing months in this apartment! It is perfectly located, with everything you need close by: shops, public transport, restaurants, and even relaxing spots. The apartment is very well-designed, modern, and fully equipped – everything was provided to make our stay comfortable, which was a real plus for such a long stay. It was spotless when we arrived, and communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. We truly felt at home and were able to fully enjoy this wonderful experience. This apartment provided everything I needed for my short term stay in the city where I was back in forth from NYC and my home for a couple months. It is well maintained in a quiet and clean building. The beds are comfortable, the shower has strong water pressure and the kitchen is well-equipped. During my stay, NYC had two heat waves with temperatures in the 90's for several days. The apartment stayed cool, with a window air conditioning unit in each bedroom and the common area. The location is excellent. Half a block from Central Park and close to the subway, grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants and retail. The area has a very nice neighborhood feel and felt safe. I rarely had to wait more than a minute or two for an Uber/Lyft which was a surprising benefit for trips downtown or hurrying to catch a train from the 125th Street station. Check-in instructions and communication from Inna was excellent and appreciated.

Inna’s place was perfect for our family of four, one bedroom for each of our teens is hard to come by at a good price in such a good location. The apartment was very clean and so well located to everything we needed. The apartment is on the third floor (yes, it’s a walk-up) and the block is very quiet, secure and safe. Well maintained, super there each week day. Perfectly close to Central Park, subway, groceries and restaurants as you need. We would definitely stay here again. Inna’s team was very responsive to the few questions we did have. Apartment included washer and dryer as well, plus was so warm during our winter stay that we didn’t have the heat on at all. Extra blankets as well for the couch! Thanks for the great stay!

Great location and the apartment very cozy for 3 rooms. stairs until 4 floor. the only issue that we have was a annoying neighbor because the guy put loud music all day and nights and scream crazy things. But the neighbor belong to other building in front of the apartment, so its no hosts fault. But it was a problem for us. We have to call the police several times until the guy relax.Beside that everything it was very clean, very comfortable, just meters from Central Park and a lot of grocery and coffee near by.

This is a great apartment right next to Central Park. There is a Whole Foods, Starbucks, Target, CVS drug store and a subway station within two short city blocks. There are also many wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs, and Inna and Di were excellent hosts! The apartment was clean and exactly as described, and the hosts were extremely responsive via text throughout our four month stay. Location was pretty good, extremely close to the 103rd St B/C stop and near buses, plus not too far from the 1/2/3 lines and various UWS cafes/restaurants/grocery stores. Overall, this place was an incredible value (compared to similar 4 month Bnbs our friends rented around the city), very comfortable, clean, convenient, and safe, and the hosts do an excellent job of managing and maintaining this unit!
