Francesco was a wonderful host! Great communication, very easy instructions on how to get inside and locate the apartment. Nice, big and clean! The bed and pillows were very comfy. Also a big plus having a washer and dryer. Definitely would visit again.

Highly recommended! Francesco’s place was amazing — spacious, perfectly located in the Upper East Side close to Central Park, with a farmers market every Saturday right across the street. Francesco was an excellent host from the initial reservation, through checkout, he answered every question honestly, and QUICKLY! He truly is immediately responsive. The home is so well located for convenience to everything. Lots of places to eat within 2 blocks, we were there for two weeks and did our best sampling many of them! We cooked at home breakfasts every day and all the cookware, utensils and dishware supplied were spot on! The Hot water is HOT and amazing water pressure in both kitchen and bathroom! His provided WIFI is AMAZING! we both had multiple Bluetooth devices going and it was fast and flawless! HUGE benefit to me. I could go on, but suffice it to say, you will not be disappointed if you chose Francesco as your host! If ever we are in need of accommodations in that area of the city again, we will definitely return to Francesco's home!

Francesco was very accommodating and replied quickly to my questions. The area is just outstanding. River walk 2 blocks away, neighborhood takes pride in cleanliness of sidewalks ( many rinsed off nightly). Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants close by.

The only downsides for me: being in the city at an intersection, it was very noisy and we could only sleep with earplugs because the noise was so intense. There were also some noises inside the apartment, with the boiler whistling and blowing very often, and sounds like iron bars hitting the pipes. And the boiler, which we could not control, was on, making it oppressively hot, especially at night. For everything else, it was great!

The apartment was a perfect fit for my needs on this trip. There were plenty of grocery, specialty foods, restaurant and drugstore options very close by, which makes this a great home base for a visit to the city. The apartment is roomy and very well equipped as far as NY apartments go. It was much cleaner than another apartment I stayed at on a previous trip.

The apartment is located in a perfect area, upper east side, the very safe and center of NYC, a lot of shops, cafes, even a fantastic Yoga classroom nearby, close to metro. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen, and soft bed, also a big living room which is really luxury in this city. The most important is all of these is in a very reasonable price, best choice in New York!

Nice location in the Upper East Side. Great restaurants all over, walkable to Central Park. Its not a super fancy place but more comfortable and artsy which fits our style. I was a little concerned about street noise at night but it really wasn't bad and I just used some earplugs, plus there's a little white noise machine in the bedroom as well. Great bakery across the street, everything turned out nice.

This place offers the best of NYC apartment living! I loved it! It is extremely spacious with a large well-appointed kitchen, living area, and comfortable bedroom. There is plenty of cupboard storage space, a washing machine & dryer (huge plus in NYC!), large fridge, a nice desk workspace, and plenty of windows for natural light! The location is outstanding - a short walk to great grocery stores, chemist, restaurants, the Q Subway, and all the attractions of the UES. As a person traveling on my own, I felt very safe in this neighbourhood. Francesco was also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying in Francesco's apartment. The place is HUGE for New York and very comfortable with room to spread out and full of charm and character. We loved having a full kitchen with plenty of fridge space. The bathroom is large as well with lots of storage and a nice shower. There is definitely some street noise coming into the bedroom but that wasn't a problem for us and I noticed that there was a sound machine provided. The best part was the neighborhood. It was so convenient to be right in Manhattan but in the more residential upper east side. Very easy walk to 2 subway lines and everything you could need from a grocery store, salon, great coffee, casual and fine dining restaurants, even a locksmith was right around the corner.We wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again.

Definitely in a great location for a reasonable price in NYC. Street noise definitely is a bit loud in the bedroom as it has a window mounted AC unit which you can hear most of the noise from 1st Avenue, definitely something I anticipated though as a light sleeper and the AC in the bedroom helped drown out the noise as well as earplugs. I either got used to it or it got progressively better throughout my stay. Big place for an NYC apartment, the living room is quite big and having a washer dryer was very nice, would stay here again

The unit is conveniently located in a great boutique neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Very close to bus and subway lines (5 minute walk) that can get you anywhere in Manhattan. Loved be near Central Park for walks and scenery. Francesco’s unit is large for an apt and was clean and well appointed. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would recommend and use again!

My in laws enjoyed their stay at Francesco’s place. The place is indeed bigger than the photos, as other guests have commented. It was easy to check in and Francesco was friendly and quick to respond with any issues. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling during their stay that eventually resolved while the dryer was less than drying even though the loads were small. The apartment was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Some of kitchen/bathroom cabinets could use a deep clean out of junk. There was plenty of closet space in the bedrooms which was appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay Francesco!
