I am grateful for the comfortable stay in such a well designed and clean room, bathroom, and common area.I stayed for a month. I committed to work and worked remotely about two days a week. The Internet was stable and fast. There were two work stations. For lunch, I normally walked to a local restaurant.The kitchen and common area was clean the entire month that I stayed there. When I worked from home, I saw an automatic vacuum cleaner cleaning the common area. It’s hard to explain how pretty the view is in the living room, and the comfort of my own restroom.I think this is what Bnb intended.

Me and my friend stayed here for a little over a month while transitioning to a permanent residence in Nyc and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was immaculate, everything was extremely clean, well labelled and we found everything we needed to be present. Hiokit and Harold were extremely responsive (within minutes) and accommodated every single one of our requests. The area was both peaceful and vibrant as well as being extremely safe. The room itself, although a bit small, was very well kept and decorated and had all amenities provided. The bathroom and kitchen was extremely clean and very well kept. Both Hiokit and Harold were extremely welcoming and created a homely environment for us throughout. I would highly highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to Manhattan at a very affordable price and looking for a wonderful experience. Loved the places to bits and would definitely live here again if we get the opportunity to.
