Everything was great, I would give a 5 star review. The only thing I didn't care for was the couch as the back cushions fell off every time you leaned on them. It was good for sleeping but not for sitting. Other than that, the apartment was perfect for us. Great location.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was amazing and the apartment very comfortable , it had everything we needed. Check in and out couldn’t have been smoother, beds were comfortable. The hosts responded quickly and were gracious and kind to any request or small issue.
If I had one small tip for the hosts, would be bedside reading lamps and a better light in the kitchen. But I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Eduardo’s again and recommend to anyone.

Eduardo’s place is exactly as pictured and described, and Eduardo was the quickest/most responsive host we have had in our many years of renting via Bnb! Yes, as the listing and other guests have noted the bedrooms face a very busy and often noisy street, but this wasn’t much of an issue for us. I’m one who doesn’t do well with earplugs (usually lose at least one during the night), but after full days of enjoying NYC I slept well. The unit was spotless and had pretty much everything we needed to feel at home. Chelsea is our favorite neighborhood to stay in so the location is also a big plus. Numerous restaurants, shops, and the subway are steps away from Eduardo’s place. Given the opportunity we would gladly stay here again during future visits to NYC!

Eduardo was lovely and the place was nice. There was an issue with my key, but he came over quickly and fixed it. My only other complaints were that it was incredibly noisy all night from trucks and people outside. The bedroom window is single pane glass and ai could clearly hear truck deliveries and conversations on the street until the wee hours of the morning. Also, weirdly there are no curtains in the bathroom window so I was worried the (many!) neighbors could peek in and see me naked. There were also no towels in the bathroom so I was walking around naked and wet trying to find one. After some investigation I found two towels on my bed, so it ended up being fine. Just an unexpected location. Again, Eduardo was very nice and responsive and the place was fine overall, but I would not book again for business travel, especially at $600 per night.

Apartment in the heart of Chelsea as advertised and close to a lot of conveniences - Whole Foods, a really nice upscale market with prepared foods, Subway lines, coffee shops. Was very happy with the location - turn one way and you are in the flat iron neighborhood, turn the other and you are close to the high line. Also, Eduardo was proactive on check in to make sure we were comfortable. We did not need a lot of support but he seemed eager to please. The apartment itself is as advertised and it was easy to assimilate into the space. The beds were a bit soft and low to the ground for my liking (I prefer firm mattresses). AC worked great as were there during some hot/humid weather. The bathroom was spacious for NYC and very clean. Living area was a nice size but lacks natural light however, not surprising for NYC.

The space was as described, although the flights of stairs to get up into the space were steeper and longer than expected. The street outside is very loud 24/7 and the bedrooms overlook it. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms work well, but are also really loud. We appreciated the ear plugs provided. The property was spotless and tidy, with no clutter. Access was very easy, and the location can't be beat. Easy access to the F and 1 trains, so 15 minutes to TimesSquare or SoHo and walking distance from Penn station / MSG. It beats a hot by a huge amount, especially for a family of four.

Eduardo was very flexible on letting us drop off our luggage early during our stay, his place is home away from home, conveniently located and subway station near by. The streets could get really loud as this is so typical In a big city so just wear earplugs when going to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Newly renovated bathroom was a plus, and we enjoyed his collection of Cd’s while we got ready in the morning. We stayed at Eduardo’s place for 6 nights and we could not have asked for a better accomodation. It was perfect! Thank you for having us! We loved your place and will definitely would love to stay again.

We found Eduardo’s place exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and we loved the open design, which made it feel a lot more spacious than many places in NYC. The bathroom in particular is very large. We felt immediately at home. Beds were very comfortable and Eduardo was outstanding with his communication - instantaneous responses!

The apartment is well located and is a nice place to stay. We like the fairly large living room with kitchen and an amazing CD collection. The bedrooms are cute spaces with lots of storage. However, they are located towards a busy , noisy NY street and not the best for a light sleeper. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our travel plans. We highly appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help us out. Overall, we had a great stay at this apartment and would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in New York City.

Great location, great communication, great rental. We ate a few meals in, and the kitchen had just enough stuff and space. Comfy beds. As others have noted you will need earplugs if you are not used to city sounds, and the ones supplied worked really well, better than the ones I brought. Note the stairs have a curve in a couple of spots, so beware bringing gigantic luggage. I definitely hope to return.

The apartment is in great area. Many things and restaurants within walking distance or short Uber ride. The apartment itself is nice and clean, everything works, shower, hot water, etc... Has TV with applications in it, so you can watch your programs or youtube, etc. It's on 3rd floor so you kind of hear the street at night (but it's New York, so to be expected).The communication from the host was excellent, before and during the stay. Easy to get the keys, open doors, etc...We enjoyed our stay and had no issues at all. Thank you very much.

The location of this apartment was fantastic - lots of places to eat at ( including for vegetarians), tons to see and do, right by 3 subway stations, and so much of the city is within walking distance from here.There was lots of room for 3 of us.The place was very clean and tidy.Host was super responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help me with a package delivery.If you are sensitive to ‘noises of the city’, bring some ear plugs (there are multiple drug stores nearby where you can also pick some up).We had a terrific stay.

I’ll be repeating a lot of earlier reviews but hopefully the additional testimony helps. Eduardo and Austin are excellent hosts. Communication was prompt and they went above and beyond to help us with a “self-created” tricky booking. Judging by the music collection, we’d get along great.The unit was neat and tidy - no complaints. As mentioned in other reviews, it’s a noisy location owing to it being at the corner of two major thoroughfares. Obviously this is beyond the hosts’ control so bring ear plugs and/or a white noise track unless you are a very heavy sleeper.The trade-off for the noise is that it is perfectly located. Easy walks to almost everywhere: theatre district, NOHO, SOHO, Bowery, Union Square etc. etc. And if walking isn’t your thing, there are two subway stations and a PATH station all within a five minute walk including one that is literally 10-15 steps from the building’s entrance. 23rd St bus route also right outside.All-in-all, great place and great hosts.

Eduardo’s apartment was perfect, convenient, and central to so much in NYC. The space is exactly what you need in the city - clean, spacious, and walkable to some of the best neighborhoods (west village, flatiron, meatpacking). It’s also off the 1 train which - in my opinion - is one of the easiest and most reliable trains in the city. As someone who lived in NYC for 10 years, I’d highly recommend this space to new-comers and seasoned NYC visitors alike. If I could give the bnb more than 5 stars, I would. Also Eduardo was super attentive and getting in was very easy.

This was the perfect stay for our trip. There’s everything you need within about a block away, and it’s a short walk to Chelsea market/Washington square/Madison square garden. Firstly this is a fantastic location to explore Manhattan you can pretty much walk or subway everywhere In Manhattan. The apartment is spotless and the 2 bedrooms are of good size. Wifi is perfect, and bathroom is new and clean. The only niggle is the main road it’s VERY noisy, but that’s Manhattan just don’t expect much sleep or don’t forget a white noise machine.
