Great location to visit New York. A stone's throw from the metro line Q (which serves Times Square directly) and not far from line 6. 10 minutes from Central Park: for joggers like us it was more than appreciated because the park is fabulous with all these trees and squirrels... The Upper East Side neighborhood is very nice and the apartment is very convenient with two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. The apartment is also comfortable (bedding) and functional after a day of visits. We enjoyed it immensely! The host explained everything to us very well during our late arrival, and it was impeccable. For the departure, the host allowed us to leave our luggage late while our flight was in the evening. I highly recommend it. We will be back in case of a new stay in NY.

We had a lovely week at Mike and Jeff's place. The main advantage of this home is its location, close to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Jeff and Mike communicated in detail and were very available. They provided us with information and helpful tips. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for breakfast.

NYC is expensive and Mike saved us from inflated prices due to the UN visit. He was very responsive the whole time... well done!

We had a great time at Mike's place. We were with our 13-year-old daughter for a ten-day stay to discover the city. The location of the apartment is ideal, close to the metro lines especially the Q line, close to Central Park, and museums on foot. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil with many restaurants nearby. The place was perfect for 3 people, the bedding is excellent and the air conditioning was nice because it was very hot. The apartment is rather dark because the only 2 windows on the outside are in the bedroom but it's not too inconvenient when visiting the city. In short, it was perfect for us!

Mike was a fantastic host - his apartment was an excellent place to stay for an extended period - great facilities and very clean. He provided great tips on the surrounding area and was super responsive. Highly recommended to other travelers!
