Elena’s place is so incredibly safe and conveniently located! Super safe, central, quiet, nice doormen, located by tons of subway stops and everything you need right nearby. Place is exactly as advertised and Elena was a kind and accommodating host.

The location is peaceful for being in the city. The subway is next door which really handy. The doormen were amazing!!! The reason for a 4 star rating is there were some repair items that were addressed privately with Elena.

Unreal, central location in FiDi. Subway is directly outside the apartment so it's perfect if you're working nearby. Elena's apartment has a lot of character, so it's ideal for those who are looking for a non-traditional experience.

Elena was a wonderful host she was very gracious and kindly waited for me when my flight to JFK was delayed for two hours. The apartment has nice aesthetics with stylish decor, bed was comfortable and the heating pad made it cozy. WiFi was really fast I connected my Netflix to watch on the bedroom TV. The host offered plenty of local tips and she let my leave my bag an extra day.Super close to all the trains and great for shopping. This was probably my favorite place on my US trip. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks!

Stay away from this place. Every nice photo has a dark side. This place is dirty to the bone and oppressive: the opposite of luxury.

The apartment was very clean it’s great to have the subway across the street. Elena was a great host she showed me around and responded right away to questions. The building is very safe with good security. Best experience in New York, I would recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed at Elena's place for 3 nights when in NY for business. It was a last minute trip for me, and she was able to accommodate with 24 hours notice. The location is excellent with nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood seemed quite safe. The 24/7 front desk / doorman makes check in and out very convenient. Also, really appreciated having the trash / recycle drop off on the same floor. Made my exit a bit easier. Elena's listing is very accurate. Make sure you read it carefully so there aren't any surprises. As she states, her place is personally styled (and quite unique), and there isn't any closet space for guests. It worked well for me, as there is a rather large dresser in the bedroom. I was able to layout my clothes on top of that. Again, worked very well and was what I was expecting. Elena was out of the country when I stayed at her place, but she still managed very quick responses to a few questions I had before arrival, and during my stay. Bottom line: I'd stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend!

Elena was extremely accommodating as I was scrambling to find a last-minute place to stay while my own apt nearby was getting some work done. She was also very helpful and super informative about NYC (like a human Wikipedia) and all of its on-goings and fun events. The apt itself is very spacious by NYC standards, tastefully decorated with colorful touches and most importantly, quiet, private and secure as it's located on the penthouse level of a doorman building. Her plethora of beauty products to use was an added bonus too! ;) Though my stay was short I had a great experience and do look forward to booking with her again if the need arises.

I stayed at Elena’s apartment for two weeks and it is as shown in the pictures. Check in and check out was very easy. Elena was very helpful and responded really quickly to all correspondence. The apartment is ideally located for getting anywhere in the city, the doorman were really welcoming and helpful and it's very quiet at night. As Elena mentions in her description she has allot of personal belongings so there isn't allot of space to hang clothes or put things in the bathroom or storage space for food in the kitchen. Unfortunately the building was undergoing quite a bit of maintenance while I was there so allot of the building facilities were not available to me for use. The slight negative is the apartment was not very clean. I would recommend this apartment for holiday visitors, but perhaps maybe not suitable for business travelers.

Got the keys from the doorman on time! The apartment was very clean And exactly how it looks in pictures! Luxurious, very very very quiet you'll have the best sleep ever!! Roku in both televisions!! You can have All the windows open if you wish! Tiny view from the kitchen!! (We were not allowed in the rooftop but we still sneaked a looked) over all, amazing experience thank you Elena.

Elena's apt. looks like the pictures. Her place is so convenient to the 2,3 and 4,5 subways, which made it so easy to get anywhere in Manhattan. We had never stayed in the Wall Street area, so we enjoyed the "new" surroundings. Checking in and out of the apt. was super easy because of the 24 hour doorman. We had a bit of a problem with the internet, but Elena was very prompt to respond! The bed is very comfortable and the shower has really good pressure.

We had a brilliant stay in the apartment. We loved the location and the apartment was perfect for us. It was peaceful and clean. We had an issue with the toilet but the building manager sorted this out for us quickly. Overall, a great apartment.

Had a Great time in New York, Elena was there to meet me when i arrived, she gave me the keys and explained me the utilities of the Flat. The flat is perfectly located near 911 and statue of liberty and Metro station is just across the street, shops and groceries nearby, never got hungry. Lovely place i would definitely go back again thank you Elena.
