The neighborhood is amazing. Really quiet, great location and close to subway. The apartment is really well equipped, I had everything that I needed (kitchen stuff, heater, umbrella, iron, washing machine, dryer etc). When I asked for assistance with something, Ina and Di replied quickly and were very helpful. I had an amazing experience and would certainly stay again in that place

This is my second time staying with Inna, and it won’t be my last. I stayed in this unit for 3 months as a travel RN, and it was a perfect experience. Close to the subway and to Central Park (which I utilized both frequently). The building felt safe. This unit was especially quiet as it’s on the courtyard side, not the street side. The unit had everything I needed! I really enjoyed staying here. Inna was responsive and pleasant to deal with, and she checked on me throughout my stay, which was really appreciated. Can’t recommend this enough!

[Translated from Portuguese] I had a peaceful stay and the apartment was as described. I really liked the location, close to the subway, restaurants, and market. It was a great location indeed. The only issue that would be a problem was the air conditioning; I turned it on and it was very noisy and I don’t think it cooled much. Luckily, the days I spent there were cold, so I didn't need to turn it on at night. Other than that, I liked everything.

This is a great apartment, the furniture and amenities are really well thought out for a longer stay. Despite being a studio, it feels larger and more accommodating than many 1 bdrms in NYC that I've stayed in bc of a well designed layout. Great stay overall, would highly recommend.

[Translated from French] I spent five weeks in the apartment, perfectly located for those who want to enjoy the museums and Central Park, and well equipped (machines, dryer, vacuum cleaner) for those who are staying for a long time. It is very quiet, remarkably clean, in a very chic neighborhood. However, I wouldn't say that the apartment is "luxurious" according to the title of the listing, but comfortable. Two downsides: 1. No flexibility to leave your luggage beyond 11 a.m. on the day of departure. This forces you to find a storage service (3 km away) if your flight is in the evening. The only solution offered is to pay for an extra night... 2. The stairway is very steep for carrying your luggage up and down.

Great location, close to fantastic restaurants and cafes. One of our new favorite areas of New York City. Quiet side street, very clean, and safe. The host was perfect, and made living in another city for 30 days very simple. Apartment is located in small complex with quiet neighbors. Would absolutely recommend!

This was a very cozy and compact apartment, with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with everything so close by. Given the cold weather, it was nicely heated and very comfortable. I would look for this apartment whenever I go back to New York.

Great location and great restaurants! I'd say if you are really affected by lack of sun (mental health), this would not be your best bet (not Inna's fault, just a fact). Also, note there are stairs if that's an issue (no elevator) - so this isn't friendly for everyone (again, not Inna's fault)Inna was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Great wifi, close to central park. Felt very safe, I have no noise complaints, was very clean and I was able to do laundry (about $4.50/load in the basement). Also super close to the Q train which can get you almost anywhere in the city (5-minute walk!). It is small though, so keep this in mind if you're WFH or a couple!

Overall great cozy place to stay in NY. Inna and Di were accommodating, and whenever I had questions they were quick to respond and help.The studio really looks like what it is in the photos, and all the essentials I really need (with an in building washer!). Its location in the UES is great since it's less than a 5 minute walk to the 72nd Q station allowing easy access through Manhattan and into Brooklyn. Numerous bars and restaurants and stores are just a block away, yet it's surprisingly quiet. Honestly very glad I chose this place to stay at in NY.Some things to note:The place is small especially the kitchen, but that's what makes it cozy!The bed is on the softer side.There aren't a lot of outlets to plug electronics and chargers in, a power strip would be nice.Washer is card operated, not coin.It's a great place, but it is definitely on the pricier side.That being said, I'm honestly glad I chose this place to stay at in NY!

Inna is a fantastic and responsive host, and this apartment is perfect for the solo traveler or for couples. We stayed here for around a month, and we were satisfied with the apartment. The location is excellent, and you will be close to many great restaurants/grocery stores/cafes/bars. Central Park is not far (within walking distance) as well if you want to go for a walk/run around the park. The apartment was clean, and the WiFi was sufficient for working from home. We had no issues with receiving packages or food deliveries.

Decided to stay in the same apartment because it's one of the better apartments in the area. Original host Inna was always very helpful since we first checked in almost 2 years ago. The place is exactly as pictured. Very clean, no bugs. Dishwasher in the smaller kitchen helped a lot. Bed is comfy, big closet and big bathroom. I only had to deal with Inna's co-host Jay, for the past couple of months, and was only around the noise from neighbors. But that's to be expected in old buildings any way. Only moved out because I found a bigger and less expensive place, but I would come back any time and highly recommend staying at Inna's place.

Second time at the same apartment, and stayed for 15 months (actually just re-booked the same place). Inna has been a super host and very professional. Inna and the building staff are very responsive, very nice , and really helpful. In 15 months we've had a few minor issues, Inna and everyone else took care of everything. I can't explain enough how much we felt at home (other than re-booking the same apartment).The apartment location is in one of the best UES areas, it feels very safe even during COVID to take a walk in the neighborhood. Stores and restaurants are within 5 minute walk. Take a walk to Central park or the river and go for a run.Inside it's very well furnished, exactly as described, very clean, and super quiet. Facing the backyard with trees and birds, and very sunny most of the spring. Had Internet issues but Inna allowed me to speak directly to the company and was fixed quickly.The building is older, which means you may hear stomping around, like one of the guests above us previously. But that's in no way Inna or Jay's fault. Jay is the new co-host and he has been very helpful as well. We look forward to continuing our stay for many months to come (because we re-booked the same apartment). Thank you Inna and Jay!

Pros: Good Area Cons: The WiFi was too slow to use even after restarting it. Many time it would not connect and we were unable to use it. So don’t count on internet. No washer or dryer available for Bnb guests -residents only. This was a problem because we stayed a month. No soap was provided in the bathroom. We went out and bought shampoo and soap as well as basic kitchen amenities. Also, the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. The coffee maker was broken, after sending a message she said she would bring a new one but she was out of town. However it was never replaced.

Inna’s place is amazing. It’s super clean and exactly how the pictures show. She is very responsive in case of any problems. Also it’s very well located - next to the subway to get around New York. The amenities are fantastic and all the things you need for your stay are very thoughtfully provided(from extra sheets, towels to pillows and all the kitchen and bathroom stuff). Would definitely recommend staying here.

This apartment is excellent for anyone looking to stay in Manhattan for a few days or a few weeks. Fantastic neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Less than 5 minute walk to the new Q line and 10 minutes to 5th avenue and central park. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished with brand new kitchen appliances. Inna was helpful and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. Would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arose.
