The apartment is really lovely with a great outdoor space. We found it was a bit far out for our needs but as other reviewers have mentioned, it is pretty close to a metro stop which is convenient.

The neighborhood was not what I expected but once inside it feels like you’re in a whole different area. The backyard is beautiful, inside is beautiful , quiet and peaceful. Tiffany was so responsive it felt like she was there with me.

The Brooklyn House was close to the train for my group to find our way into the city. Tiffany was very responsive with any questions I had, and the home was exactly as described. This was my first time booking through Air BnB and she truly made my experience a pleasant one!

Tiffany was super friendly and responsive with all of our communication and was even able to work with us for an earlier check in. She provided clear instructions to find the items we were looking for around the house. Only thing was the floors were pretty dirty, might be useful to bring slippers since there is a “no shoes” policy in the house but our socks were black after an hour or so in the house getting settled in. Also low stock of paper towels, keurig cups, and toilet papers so we made sure to Instacart those items upon arrival. Overall spacious place with a beautiful backyard and a host that communicates promptly and well!

Tiffany's place was exactly as the photos shown. It was clean and spacious for 6 people. Loved the backyard space. About a 5 minute walk to the L train and 10 minute walk to the C. Quick train ride into the city. Great location

The unit was clean and comfortable, all of the amenities worked as expected and the check-in process was easy. The building is a bit of a diamond in the rough in terms of the neighborhood but we always intended on spending the majority of our time out anyway.

I had a really lovely stay here! Would definitely recommend to anyone. It was very nicely decorated, enough space for everyone to feel comfortable, kitchen was well equipped - we didn’t need anything extra everything was already provided. The yard was a really nice plus for anyone traveling with their fur babies. Tiffany was very accommodating and responded to my requests in a timely manner. 10/10 stay for sure!!!!

Tiffany was a great host with very quick communication and was extremely accommodating to our group! The duplex was large with tons of space for everyone and had plenty of extra pillows and linens. Having I suite laundry was also a plus. The backyard was a cute space for us to enjoy some fresh air. The only down side was the location was pretty far from a lot of the things we wanted to do - even things in Brooklyn were not walking distance. There are 2 subway stations in close proximity but one of the stations wasn't the best to walk to even during the day as we found out during the couple times we walked there. The other train station we used a lot more as it seemed safer even at night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Tiffany is incredible! She was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. Her place is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Everything was updated and new, very clean and had all of the necessities for a couple nights stay. Oh and not to mention a washer and dryer which we didn’t need, but I’m sure is convenient for longer stays.The neighborhood outside the duplex was clean and quiet. The apartment was about a 2 minute walk to the train…I walk fast so could have been more like 5. It took us about 20 mins or less to get to Manhattan. This is definitely the perfect place to stay when visiting NYC! I will definitely stay here on my next trip and recommend it to anyone in need of a getaway!

BROOKLYNS BEST HIDDEN SECRET!☆☆Beautiful spacious & everything we needed in a home within hands reach .Our hosts were amazing great communication from the gate & throughout our stay. location is great! All our guest were able to find parking & the train was super close.But lets get into the place The kitchen is ever chefs dream I promise! huge island very modern they went all out with the amenities! Lovely windows natural light amazing backyard entry straight from the kitchen this was the Perfect place for game night/ bday dinner comfortable couch and beds everyone had personal space and didnt want to leave lol . Loved every detail from the soft blankets to the art work no cap yull never want to leave thankyou for being everything you advertised !! Great place Great people
