Nicola is a great host, communication was excellent and he responded to all of our texts very promptly. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person, and even though is on a very busy area, it is very quiet inside since it's in the back of the building.The only inconvenience is that the bed is really really soft, and we prefer a firmer mattress, so after long days of waling the sleep could have been better. Still, we give this place a 5 out 5 in all accounts.

He was always very prompt to respond to questions. The location is about an 8-minute walk from the nearest subway, which isn't too bad at all. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a pharmacy, Target, Chick-fil-A, and other nice-to-have establishments nearby. The Bnb itself was extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen also came fully stocked with everything that would be required!

I had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s place!The apartment is very (very) cosy and calm and yet very (very) close to so many places. While being a couple of blocks away from most broadway plays and Times Square… Hell’s Kitchen has such a layback and warm local New York atmosphere! You will find all the vibes of NYC on your door step!Nicola made sure that everything is in the right place and nicely curated to make his apartment a very welcoming and charming place.He was very prompt to answer all my questions to help me settle in super rapidly.I will definitely seek to return to his place if I have the opportunity to return to NYC for another long stay!

His place is exactly like his photos, thoughtfully put together and decorated with the guest in mind. He is very informative and has a wonderful heart. I highly recommend staying at Nicola’s place.
