My stay at Denise's place was just perfect. Everything was super clean and tidy. Although she wasn't there at my check in she made sure that I had everything I would need to let myself in and she answered all of my questions regarding the check in etc. real quick. Her apartment is perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. She did everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Besides she has lots of good recommendations regarding coffee spots, restaurants and where to go and how to get there. The apartment was only a few minute walk away from the subway station which made it really easy to get to manhattan and back. All in all she is a great host, always open to chat if you’re in the mood and her dog Logan is just as lovely. But denitely come back!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. We had a great time during our stay with Denise. We received a very friendly welcome and the communication was always very uncomplicated. Denise's accommodation is in a great location ... a little quieter and away from the hustle and bustle, but you can get to Manhattan very quickly - Good connections. Also Denise always had good recommendations and tips for us. In addition, the apartment was always very clean and tidy, the bathroom large and modern - we felt very comfortable - Denite recommendation :)

Let's go! From the beginning Denise answered all my questions. We arrived one day before our check in. Denise allowed us to check in a day early, and allowed us to check in early. When we arrived, she welcomed us, showed us the entire apartment and explained item by item, as well as its rules. At all times, she was available to help and answer questions. The house is 7 minutes from the metro, a very quiet walk. There are a few shops, restaurants, and a SuperMarket nearby. The air conditioning was very useful on hot days as well as the kitchen items, which were well equipped and complete. Logan, Denise's puppy, is a sweetheart! Very sympathetic and quiet. It doesn't make noise and it's very sweet. Denise is very communicative, we are talking for long periods. Every trip to the island was quick. There were days when we returned around midnight to the apartment and it was very quiet walking down the street. I felt safe. I recommend the place of Denise and Logan! Thank you

Denise and Logan (her doggy!) were welcoming and affable hosts, always willing to have a chat to get to know me. We talked music and art and jobs. Room was spotless and very comfortable, with a reliable AC for the NYC summer. Bright and spacious bathroom that you help maintain (squeegee-ing panels, picking up hairs) for Denise. Basic cleanliness that comes with any shared space. Neighborhood: dynamic with great restaurants and cafes. Would recommend 'hood for those who want a diff experience to Manhattan, which is accessible thru nearby A and C trains. C trains stop at Nostrand (15 min walk from home) at night and not the nearer Kingston-Throop stop. Notify Denise when coming home late at night, be vigilant when walking alone. Area is generally safe. Walk with awareness and condence. There is a system within the house for composting and waste disposal -- not complicated at all.

The apartment was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet, the place had all the amenities, I liked the neighborhood, and Denise was an extremely warm and attentive host. I absolutely recommend this place! First of all, Denise is the best! Right off the bat she showed me the place, gave me useful instructions and made me feel super welcome. No matter if it's about coffeeshops, stores, or which subway to take, she would always help me out and make great recommendations! The place is super clean, and the room has a nice view of the patio and the other houses. Through the window comes a lot of sunlight, which makes the room even more comfy and brightens it up. There was space for me in the kitchen and bathroom to store my stuff and a big closet for bags, clothes and all other belongings in my room. Also, if you like dogs, you will looove Logan :) Even if you usually don't, there's a good chance you're gonna change your mind after meeting this joyful guy! He is very open, loves to play and will denitely give you a hard time leaving. (Speaking from experience) All in all this was a great stay, during which I felt safe, welcome and well located!

Denise was helpful from the start. Before I even met her, she was already recommending me local spots to check out which I greatly appreciated. She’s a lovely, understanding host and gave such a warm welcome and comfortable stay. Her place is great—clean as HELL, warm n toasty. Plus, she made coffee everyday and shared it with me which I absolutely am grateful for. Her kindness and her outgoing personality are also a huge plus, it was like staying with a long term friend. Staying in Denise place was great. The apartment was asnetically clean. She has lovely dog Logan who is happy to play with you anytime if you want. Denise provided lots of information about the city and attractions. One minor aspect is location a bit further in Brooklyn, further from central park but near Barckley center where you can experience NBA game home for Brooklyn Nets. It takes one hour to Coney Island beaches.

I stayed at Denise's place for a month during which I both worked remotely and took holiday. Denise is easy to talk to and really cares about guests’ experience. We both enjoy good food & coffee and she had no shortage of places to recommend me. The at is set within a charming historic brownstone and is bright & airy with painted exposed brick and high ceilings. The place is spotless and Denise takes care to ensure it remains so throughout your stay. As someone who can be a bit of a germaphobe, this really put me at ease. It’s located on a leafy, tree lined street ~5 minutes from the A and C trains which get you into the city in 20 minutes (or to Rockaway beach in the other direction) at any time of day. It’s even closer to the b43 bus which will get you to Bushwick, Williamsburg & Greenpoint. I can’t conclude my review without mention of Logan, Denise’s dog. He’s extremely well behaved, extremely friendly and extremely sweet. We became good friends and I was sad to say goodbye. All in all, I was glad to have found this place and thoroughly enjoyed my stay Thank you Denise & Logan!

Denise and Logan are great hosts who make the trip even more memorable. It's always nice to be greeted by Logan when you arrive at the apartment. Denise is attentive and can offer local addresses. The apartment is clean is less than 5 minutes from metro station (line C). A little further away (10/15mn from Marche) metro A brings you directly to the JFK bus. If you have to walk a little to nd restaurants, convenience stores, the neighborhood of Crown Height has the charm of Brooklyn.

The place is very clean, very accessible only 5 mins. Walk to the the C, the area is very safe and there are lots of deli, bars, coffee shops around, i enjoyed playing with Logan, his very friendly as much as Denise. Denise is very helpful and very responding, she helped me a lot to go many places. I do appreciate her support. Denise and Logan were very interacting with me all the time.
