The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well in both rooms. Upon arrival, we were greeted with chilled water and chocolate—thank you very much for that. Some reviews mentioned it was very loud, but we didn’t think so at all. Just normal city noise. There were earplugs by the bed, which were perfectly sufficient. The area is very safe, with many small supermarkets, delis, and restaurants nearby. It took us between 5 and 8 minutes to get to the subway stations. Communication beforehand was always very quick and excellent. We received many great tips. Overall, highly recommended! 10/10

Eduardo's place was great! In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Hell's Kitchen, and a short walk to Times Square. The flexible checkin and checkout options were helpful, and he even met me in person when we arrived! He responded to all questions promptly, and the apartment is decorated with incredible flair.

Eduardo's place was a true gem and honestly, even better than the photos portrayed! The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the overall space was perfectly sized for two people. As two female travelers, safety is always a top priority, and we really appreciated the added security of the double-locked entry doors - it made us feel incredibly secure. The location was fantastic; very walkable with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit, plus it was conveniently located right by a delicious pizza bar (bonus!). Most of all, Eduardo was an outstanding host - incredibly kind, understanding, and flexible with our very chaotic schedule. He was always readily available and accommodating with any needs we had. We highly recommend Eduardo's place for anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and convenient stay!

A very beautiful place and I felt very comfortable there. I felt like it was my home. Despite the small size of the place, its beautiful and wonderful design makes it feel more spacious than you think. If I return to New York again, I will book here without thinking (: Its only drawback is the poor insulation. Eduardo’s place is in the PERFECT location. I’ve been to NYC multiple times and can tell you it’s in a safe area that is close to great restaurants, wine bars, Times Square, and the subway. It was also super clean, and Eduardo gave us a document with a bunch of recs!As some other reviews mention, it is a super tight space, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you plan on hanging out wherever you’re staying a bunch. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our needs. We are already planning a trip back in December and have discussed wanting to stay here again.

So many of the reviews for Eduardo’s place very accurately describe why this place is worth renting. The location is impeccable, the check-in process is made super smooth and Eduardo is a great host with excellent communication!However, I would attempt to stay somewhere else in the future because this apartment is just uncomfortably small, even for a young man such as myself that is not a very large person. I felt like “a bull in a china shop” not being able to walk through doorways, into the bathroom, or around the bedroom without having to pull my shoulders together. The apartment is also over-furnished, which adds to the tightness. Lastly, the windows in the bedroom have zero sound proofing and it feels like you can hear every bit of street noise. None of that feedback is easily acted on and not a reflection of Eduardo. We still really enjoyed our stay in Hells Kitchen!

Eduardo's place is lovely. Exactly like the description. Very small but cozy. It' s in a busy neighborhood but the locations is fantastic. Easy to get anywhere in Manhattan as well as many restaurants very close by. Definiely noisy as Manhattan never sleeps but the black out curtains were great for blocking out the outside. Eduardo is super helpful and responded very quickly. We had a fabulous weekend there.

My daughter and I came to NYC for a special birthday trip and the apartment felt special to match the occasion. The kitchen was well equipped for meals in, and touches like the Jo Malone diffusers were lovely. It was well located for everything we wanted to do and Eduardo was very helpful before and over our stay. We went to a few of the restaurants he recommended and were impressed. He answered messages quickly and went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We particularly appreciated him being flexible with check in and check out as we had a late flight home. Overall, a great experience in a pretty apartment.

This place is absolutely lovely! It has a cute little kitchen, and everything was clean and tidy. The sofa bed in the living room was surprisingly comfortable. My mum and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Eduardo’s place. It was beautifully furnished, cosy, comfortable, clean and served as an excellent base to explore New York. Everything was within walking distance and the neighbourhood itself felt safe and friendly. We felt at home right away and the little welcome chocolates were a lovely touch. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and well-decorated, but it severely lacks storage: we had 2 well-filled suitcases for the 10 days on-site (as there is no washing machine) and struggled to find a place to store our clothes, most of which had to remain in the suitcases. Another point to raise: a person with significant overweight will not feel comfortable moving around the apartment, which is very cramped in places (in the entrance, when the table is unfolded, and to access the bathroom). We also did not find the side table very ergonomic. I was always afraid that my bowl or plate would slip and fall from the table (too much tilt on the edge). The bedding, on the other hand, was comfortable. As long as you wear earplugs, you sleep well (great curtains).

Eduardo's place was as advertised. A great location in Hell's Kitchen. So much to do in midtown manhattan. The apartment was cozy and immaculate. My wife especially appreciated the attention to detail not only with tasteful decor but there was a perfectly lit make-up and hair mirror area above the fireplace that she loved. The bed was super comfy. Eduardo was very responsive and had great neighborhood recommendations.We would love to stay there again next time we are in manhattan.
