As expected NY was very expensive and the rental of this apartment was by far the best value for money element of my trip. It is a very good size in a quiet, safe location , with excellent proximity to the Ferry which I used all the time, I also used the N train line consistently from 30Ave station. I got Ubers from and to the apartment, which were always super efficient and from TimesSquare it ranged from $30-55 which was brilliant and very reasonable . As I stayed for so long I used a launderette for washing and it is a 10-15 minute walk . All in all, this was a brilliant find and I was very happy there. Astoria is very pleasant , safe, and there are some outstanding restaurants in Ditmars Blvd .

We had a great time there for a whole month, easy to get finto the city and you have delis and grocery stores near the complex. If there was a problem Nazma was available to help us, definitely will be staying here again
