This was a comfortable, fair, clean, and cozy place to stay. Despite being in Brooklyn you can get a good nights rest or get work done without noise. Sayra was great at communicating and anything I needed and provided a friendly atmosphere to stay.

During my month long stay here, I've been deeply impressed !! ❤️ It's a quiet neighborhood, and having Prospect Park right next door makes it ideal for walks and exercise. Plus, it's easy to hop on a bike and get to the park since it's only a 5-minute ride away.The house provides lots of space and a cozy, warm atmosphere. Lots of sunlight streams in, and the bathroom water comes out really warm ! I think that is a huge plus ! Sayra is incredibly kind, she responds promptly to inquiries and goes out of her way to help with any inconveniences during your stay. If you're looking for a great place with a great host at a great price in Brooklyn, I wholeheartedly recommend this place! ❤️

Great month long stay while looking for an apartment, clean private place. Pretty much get the whole apartment to yourself depending on who is staying in the other room, if anyone. Worst part was walking uphill from the subway after work, but it's a good workout!

Sayra was quick with responding to my queries and was very accommodating. The apartment is lovely, spacious and nice to have a living room to relax in as well as a bright sunny room. Its ideally for long stays, I was in the apartment for x3 weeks and really loved the location. A lovely and comfortable stay with a great accommodating and flexible host. Loved the small touches like lotion and shampoo as well as the great books and art prints on the walls.

[Translated from Polish] The location is fine, most of the furniture in the apartment is new, but the building itself is already worn. My biggest concern is the cleanliness, or rather the lack of it. You can't see much through the dirty windows, and there are cobwebs on the ceiling in the bathroom.
