We had a great stay in this apartment for Thanksgiving weekend. Close enough walk to the ferry and buses. A lot of small groceries stores a few minutes walk away. Very peaceful neighborhood and perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend this place.Thanks weifeng

We had a good one month stay in the apartment. It was sparkling clean, the location makes it easy to commute, and the side entrance makes is convenient for deliveries like groceries or food.We heard the guests from upstairs, the AC in the closet, and the kitchen could have some more silverware and plates if you you prefer to spend more time at home.However, all in all the value for the apartment is good, the host helpful and response, and we felt good while there.

This place is nice if you’re mostly going to be out and only need it for sleep. This place isn’t for the light sleepers either . The bed frame is pretty noisy and you can hear the everything from upstairs. Overall our host was great and attentive. He responded fast to our texts but we didn’t have a big of reason to text him. Very close to Staten Island ferry as well.

Location Location Location. Quiet street. Parking. Ten minute walk or five minute drive to Staten Island Ferry. Five minute drive to interstate to Verrazzano bridge and North Jersey. Three minute walk to beautiful views of NY Harbor. Convenient to the old parts of northern Staten Island.Great shower!! Good privacy.A little spartan. I'm sure Daniel will address these details before you get there. Slim on dishes, cups/glasses, and silverware. Could use an area rug to add a little warmth to the floor. The bed is practically against the wall - needs to be moved out a few inches, with a little night table in the corner.Would definitely stay here again without looking for anywhere else.

Daniel was very responsive and the place looked exactly like it was advertised. It’s a peaceful neighborhood and the long term renter upstairs was really nice. While everything was great, my only complaint is that the furniture was not comfortable. The couch was a bit awkward and the bed made a lot of noise at the slightest movement so that kept me and my partner awake throughout the night.

This stay was perfect for a weekend getaway to NYC. My boyfriend, friend, and I all had a smooth trip. It was exactly as described and photographed, and incredibly clean. Having a parking spot available in the driveway was very convenient! Weifeng was very responsive and communicative about our needs. Catching an Uber to the ferry was quick and easy, although it was a bit harder to find one back late at night when we stayed in the city later than expected. I would plan to get back on the earlier side to make that trip back to the bnb smoother. Thanks for hosting us!

Amazing host!! Even more amazing place!!Weifeng was very generous to allow me & my partner to drop bags off prior to the check in time - this was so helpful as our travel plans ran early and found ourselves in Staten Island lugging suitcases around.The place was very clean & tidy with great amenities - special mentions to the iron, Apple TV, smart lock, great smart air-con/heating system & fast wifi which came in useful during our stay. The bed & duvet was so nice & comfy. To praise and mention the smart lock again, it was so useful to not have to carry keys or a fob around (and worry about losing them etc)Perfect for a couple staying in New York. The bus was just down the road and made it easy to access the free Staten Island ferry each day dropping us off in Manhattan. We got a 7 day pass for $30ish dollars which 100% saved us over $100, considering we made use of the buses & subway five times a day at least. We would stay here again for sure if (more like when) we visit NYC again! 🗽🌇🎉
