The apartment was really nice and clean. It was more spacious than it seemed in the pictures, which was really nice and it had all the amenities that you might need. Just so you know, the fridge makes some noise that you can hear from the bedroom, so if you need complete silence to sleep, it might be a problem for you. All in all, we loved stayed there, and the neighborhood was really nice. It's a bit of a commute to Manhattan, but it wasn't as bad as we thought it might be with New York traffic. You have a lot of options of buses to take you to the city. Shevon and Odette were amazing hosts. Very helpful, responsive to our texts and flexible with our arrival.

Charming apartment & owner!It's a full 2 story apartment, extremely well kept & maintained.Loved it – extended my stay & will stay again in the future.Fully equipped kitchen; Wash machine, dryer... The owner was diligent & proactively cared for every small need I had.My only (minor) reservations:It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator (steep stairs) - may not fit everyone.The street & area are somewhat noisy An odor of cleaning chemicals was pretty noticeable every time I entered the apartment. The owner was lovely and caring - bought vinegar to try and fight with the smell...

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. Clean, comfortable. 10 minutes walk to bus stop to New York. Shevon and Odette were very helpful, always answered messages. If we go to NY again we will definitely come back here.

Shevon has an amazing apartment in Union City. Honestly the apartment is probably the biggest and the nicest that you will get around NYC at that price. She and Odette were super hospitable and helpful. I would love to come back again.

Great stay and would definitely recommend it! The apartment is just like shown in the pictures, plus it was spotless and everything seemed new. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom and shower were great (excellent water pressure), a lot of linen and towels were provided, the kitchen was well-equipped, a washing machine and dryer was also available. The location is very practical, near several stores and avenues with frequent buses heading to the Port Authority terminal in Manhattan.Shevon and Odette were amazing hosts. Communicating was easy and replies were very quick. On the day of arrival, our check-in time was affected by flight delays and they were very understanding of the situation, which we greatly appreciated. The check-in process went smoothly; Odette was super nice and welcoming and cleared up any questions we had about the apartment. I would definitely recommend this location for travelers to New Jersey and New York.

This place was everything, very comfortable easy commute to nyc on the bus which was reasonably priced. Great cafes and restaurants in the area as well. Will highly recommend booking again. Both host were helpful. Hope to stay again someday.

Great place in Union city. There is a lot of space in the apartment and we had a very comfortable stay overall. Shevon is a very gracious and friendly host, and is always responsive. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and we found it easy to catch the bus into Manhattan. Only small comment is that the building doesn't have an elevator, and the apartment is 3 stories up, so it may be difficult to reach if you are travelling with an elderly or disabled person.
