The neighborhood was noisy and it was unsafe. We were just buying at the grocery close to the place when someone verbally assaulted and threatened us. We did not feel safe at all and ended our stay sooner.

Everything in the house was clean and made us feel very comfortable. We were able to walk to Dunkin every morning for our coffee and it's walking distance to the subway station. If you are sensitive to noise, this house would not be a good fit. We heard yelling and loud music everyday. The beds were not comfortable in my opinion. Very firm. Overall, this home was okay. Cristina responds very quickly and the instructions to get in are very helpful.

Absolutely do not recommend staying here. The pictures are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The apartment was filthy - dirty socks were found under the bathroom vanity and living room couch, and there was animal fur on the floors, couches, countertops, and stove. It seemed the only thing done was allegedly the linen.The bathrooms were a nightmare. 1 shower only had cold water, forcing 6 people to share a single working bathroom that was moldy and had urine stains on the toilets. 1 bathroom lacked electrical outlets, making it incredibly inconvenientParking was another issue; despite the listing claiming there was on-site parking, the owners’ cars took up all the space. To make matters worse, Cristina refused to refund one night’s stay or provide a significant discount. We only received a 50% reimbursement from Bnb after escalation. The host also pressured me to write a favorable review for a refund, which was completely unprofessional. Stay Away!

The location is so very convenient and a quick drive to the highway. Fast charging if you have an EV is only 12 minutes away and easy to get to and you can avoid the hassle of NYC charging. Great place in the Bronx with easy access to the city. My family enjoyed the space and having 2 bathrooms was great for getting ready to head into NYC. Host was super responsive and let us park in front of the property as well as an early check in which we appreciated. Only recommendation would be to install keypad for entry it was hard traveling with a group and only one set of keys. I would definitely recommend

Had a very comfortable stay at this apartment for 7 nights with 6 guests. The apartment was clean, warm, and the shower water was hot. Sufficient bath towels, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper were provided. Super convenient and close to the Brooks Ave/line 6 subway stop and it runs at all hours. Fruit vendor nearby. We spent the trip sightseeing in Manhattan. Thanks for a great stay!

The first day was very fast communication, but the second day both bathroom got broken. I told her about it and she didn't send anyone until next day. Cristina acted like she didn't care we left one day before. We where supposed to stay one more day, but because of the bathroom being broken. Outside the apartment complex was very noise, their was accident. A van ran over an old men and i saw it with my own eyes. We couldn't sleep, because people yelling and cars blowing the horn. Not a peaceful.

The description of the apartment is accurate. Note that the location is on the second floor, and there are also apartments on the first and third floor. All share the same front door, which is locked at night but open during the day. We were missing a few items, but Cristina worked with us throughout our stay to get us what we needed...she responds quickly.The best thing about this location is that it's a short walk to the Brook Avenue subway stop on the 6 line. This makes it really easy to get down into Manhattan for restaurants, museums, sights, etc. Next best thing was that it was easy to get to Yankee Stadium, which was our main reason for the trip.Keep in mind that this is a city location. There will be some street noise at night (we used our white noise generators on our phones and slept well). There are some decent restaurants nearby, but keep in mind that they are closed on Sundays, so plan ahead for Sunday meals (we ended up in Harlem).We would stay again.

The place was exactly as advertised. I was not hit with any surprises. It was really easy to check-in and the host was super responsive to any questions we might’ve had. It is located in the Bronx, so the neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but coming from LA, I felt like I never left.

Just like the photos nice place inside I would say the location was not my favorite it’s a bit noisy at night. The good thing is the subway is a 2 min walk to the subway but we didn’t run into any issues. Felt like little Puerto Rico as everyone spoke Spanish in this area and I thought it was cool. For the value I would stay again and you can get to downtown Manhattan in 30 mins. Cristina also let us drop off our bags before check in which helped us a lot. Thanks again!

Had to wait outside for check in as key was not available. Host was not reachable so finally called Bnb support.Place is very close to metro station so convenient to travel. Food options available near by.Its noisy in night. Car racing noise, people talking, shouting etc. Didn’t find safe to go out late evening.Most bed creaks when you move. Not so comfortable for sleeping. Overall it was ok for the value.
