It was a great bnb. It was very clean and the location was exceptional - safe, quiet, not too dirty and right by the park. The loft was a nice addition to the studio as it gave a separate area for the bed. The loft does feel a bit claustrophobic but it was fine for just sleeping. The AC worked perfectly and the laundry in the building was convenient. It is on the pricier side though and be careful with the packages as one of ours got stolen in the lobby. And although the lobby has cameras, the hosts weren’t able to review the footage. there is an amazon locker though so amazon packages arrive safely. Overall, we would stay here again!!

I stayed here for 4 months and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The location is amazing—super close to Central Park, which was perfect for walks and getting fresh air, and the subway and bus were steps away, so getting anywhere in the city was a breeze. The loft setup made the apartment feel really spacious, and there was plenty of room to work from home without feeling cramped. It had everything I needed for a longer stay, and the host was awesome—super responsive and easy to communicate with the entire time. Everything about the experience was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again and cant more highly recommend!

Inna and Di were outstanding hosts. They responded promptly and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the air conditioning during a heatwave. The apartment's location is fantastic—just half a block from Central Park and the subway station, with plenty of excellent local restaurants nearby!

This place was great! It was clean, close to the park, quiet, good wifi, all the essentials, and a friendly building. Plus Inna was really helpful and responsive with any questions. Highly recommend! Had a wonderful month here :)

The apartment is ideal for extended stays! It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a stone's throw from Central Park. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing and resolving any issues that typically arise during a long stay, ensuring clear and fast communication. Although the apartment is away from the typical hustle and bustle of New York, it remains centrally located within the city. In conclusion, I highly recommend staying at this apartment!

I’m a travel nurse and have stayed in multiplw bnbs. This places was beautiful. Stayed for three months. I was the first to stay in it after it was renovated. All appliances and apartment was brand new. Only thing is the radiator is very old and makes noise in the apartment. Everything is as pictured. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Most everything you need to live comfortably and in a very good location. Surrounded by multiple restaurants, banks, and grocery stores and best of all Central Park is half a block away. Highly recommend this place and host

Highly recommend this place. I lived there for a month and was very satisfied. I have rarely seen such a clean and comfortable place. The apartment is filled with everything necessary for life. The owners are also very responsive and communicative.
