The space was not terrible. There was poor communication though. We reached out about a clogged toilet and no one ever came to service it as they said. So we had a clogged toilet for the night until we checked out. There was also poor communication with the address of our stay. The Host sent us an address that was different from the address listed. That should’ve been something explained in the listing initially. The sheets were also dirty in one room and that room and another were also missing comfortable covers or duvet covers. So, they had to use fitted sheets to keep warm for the night. There was also a roll of tissue on the toilet that smelt like cigarettes. So, that was very disappointing ESPECIALLY for the price we paid.

Other than the flooding and no working water for 14 hours (wouldn’t fully refund that day), one of the TV’s randomly shutting off often, many outlets not working, and old food left in the fridge, it was good. Touching on the water issue. It’s a lot to pay each night for one of the nights to not have the basic need of running water. Very unfortunate that the host didn’t care to understand that it is a basic need, even Bnb tried telling her that the 30% bnb would provide me wasn’t enough. However past the 30% is up to her to pay back.

So for 560 a night this was bad. The towels were dirty, old food in the fridge. Empty liquor bottles left behind. Literally no living room to sit in. Someone’s laundry by the door. It looks like it’s lived in and they kind of straighten the place up to make money. No toilet paper. There was a half eaten watermelon in the freezer and they set the fridge to the bare minimum. I don’t understand how they can possibly charge that much. Theres nothing to the place, beds and a small bathroom.
