We really enjoyed our stay in Ivana’s apartment. It was very spacious, bright and characterful. Ivana was an excellent host and had some very good local tips. The location is near to a subway stop which made it accessible for getting to the rest of Brooklyn and from there into Manhattan.

This is a spacious apartment in a wonderful location. Don’t miss going to LunAtico and also Cocktail Bedstuy - 2 great bars nearby. Lots of excellent coffee provided in the apartment, as well as good quality shampoo, handwash, etc. There were a few trivial things that could be fixed and which I will convey privately to Ivana. However the reason for giving 4 rather than 5 stars (and I was tempted to score lower) was the condition of the pillows. Whilst the pillowcases themselves were clean the condition of the pillows was truly disgusting and potentially a health hazard. Whoever puts the clean pillowcases on before guest’s arrival would know this. Assuming the pillows will now be replaced then I would unreservedly recommend staying here.

Jack and I were very happy staying at Ivana's place with its attractive furnishings, comfortable bed, great kitchen, good A/C (it was a hot week), fast electric water kettle and wonderful coffeemaker. The unit is in a well-maintained building on a pleasant block which is very close to an excellent grocery and just a few blocks from the subway station. I recommend it highly!

The place was exactly what we expected and had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. It's close to the subway and has a good range of places to eat and shop nearby. The neighbourhood was fine, felt safe enough during the day and night, and the accommodation itself is very secure.Ivana was very responsive and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Ivanas place was absolutely beautiful and the location was right next to the subway which was really helpful. There was work going on the stairs when we stayed there which made some of our outfits messed up but it’s understandable. Would definitely stay here again the apartment was so so beautiful as we had the whole place to ourselves

Ivana was responsive and did a great job with ensuring the apartment is comfortable, inviting, well equipped, nicely decorated and clean. We were happy to come back and relax after a long day out. Shower pressure was good. Subway C line is a few blocks away and takes 35-45 minutes to Manhattan. Neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and cafes with good food! Great place to explore Brooklyn. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Old building seemingly original creaky floor with 1/4 inch gaps between boards. Bathroom needs updating. Toilet seat stained and worn down to first layers. Bath tub finish worn down to metal. Pillow had stains all over it. Toilet ran all the time. Shower curtain is NOT clean. It smells. On the positive side the ac worked ok and location wasn’t bad.
