We spent a very comfortable 2.5 months in Travis's classy and stylish Suite 1. It was exactly as described, and perfect for our dog as it had a back yard. There was a mix-up right at the beginning about the access codes which delayed my getting into the apartment, but Travis was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. He and his house manager went out of their way to accommodate all our requests and couldn';t have been more helpful. We loved the position of the apartment - close to the subway so we could be in Manhattan in 40 minutes max - and fell in love with Bed-Stuy, which is a really friendly neighbourhood with great local shops and bars and restaurants. We cannot recommend Travis's apartment, nor Travis himself as a host, highly enough.

Travis’ place was fantastic, and he was the perfect host, with Ade. The apartment is beautiful Brooklyn luxury, with all you could dream of down to the detail: state of the art open kitchen, bed/bedroom, lighting, couches, luxe shower and even heated bathroom floors! I had a water leak in my apt and was forced to relocate and so grateful to stay in such a beautiful Brooklyn apt that felt like home. The apt is close to all the great restaurants, bars, block parties, cafes bed stuy has to offer and right next to the subway. Travis and his manager Ade are super helpful and always available by text/phone to help. Can’t recommend enough.

It is truly a beautiful space with a thoughtfully and tastefully put together pristine clean kitchen bathroom and bed room. Walking distance from some great restaurants grocery stores and train. Street parking was easy. Travis is an extremely responsive and pleasant and present host. I loved my stay here.

Had a great summer stay with my dog, Harvey. For me, having the private yard in the city was an amenity well worth paying for in exploring places. Adé and Travis were both very responsive whenever I had a question or minor concern and were friendly while giving space. The apartment is very comfortable and is exactly as described in the listing. My dog and I would walk once or twice a day around the neighborhood, and everyone was very friendly. The weekly cleanings were above-and-beyond. Being a block away from the C train really does make getting to Manhattan very easy. One small thing to be aware of for fellow out-of-towners who love their sleep that can take some getting used to is the "sounds of the city" at night, but earplugs and a white noise machine provided by Travis will help you adjust. Would stay again in a heartbeat and grateful for the hosts!

Travis and Ade were very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. I got in late but Ade responded at midnight to my request for the Wi-Fi info as I needed to be in a work Zoom in the am. There were snacks and coffee in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the shower. It also felt very safe! Thanks for the great stay and I’ll be back!

Where do I even start? Travis and Adé have been an absolute dream. Our stay has been amazing from beginning to end. They've both been very responsive, and helpful, and so full of recommendations on places to eat and visit. The space is so comfortable and home-y. You can tell Travis put so much time and effort into making the space it is. So much thought put into the design process. Felt like somewhere worth triple the price, that's how you know you're getting an amazing price for this place. I'm lowkey jealous and sad that I'm going back to my boring old home in London lol, but next time I'm back here im NY I'm deffo coming back to stay with my brothers Travis and Adé.Telling all my people in London to check out Travis' places of they're ever thinking of visiting NY 😊🙏🏾🫡

Staying in Travis’s property laid the foundation for one of the best trips to Brooklyn that I’ve ever had. So much so that I extended my stay twice! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated / designed, perfectly located, surrounded by wonderful places to eat and drink and a short Uber ride to places like the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, The Brooklyn Public Library and Prospect Park. I felt very safe, and was able to communicate with both Travis and Adé, and all my inquiries were responded to very quickly. I look forward to staying within this building again, and recommended it to several friends before I’d even checked out. If you are hoping to have a great stay in Bed-Stuy, this is the place!!

Travis is an incredible host. We had a long term stay with two small pups, and he was flexible and communicative. We also extended the stay last minute, and he graciously accommodated our request. The area is wonderful, plenty of things to do nearby, with the C train just around the corner - quick and accessible! If you’re looking to stay in Brooklyn (within 30min of the city), booking is a must!

Im a Jersey who was looking for a BK experience with my lady friend. So keep that in mind.The space is lovely! We really enjoyed the openness. The bathroom is over the top but we loved it. Heated floors, gold plates shower/sink fixtures--Yes please! Kitchen was awesome--had everything you needed to cook small to larger meals. Despite being lower to the ground the bed was comfy. Biggest drawback but wasnt unexpected was street parking. I got lucky most days but had a night where i had to circle the block a few times before I found a suitable spot.Travis is ultra-responsive and pleasant. He is very professional. Read all the details and instructions. Most if not all of what you need to know is in there.Great spot. Would come again.

Somehow this place manages to be rather stylized while not sacrificing function. The furniture and bedding were comfortable, the area clean, there was a good sound system, and the heated floors in the bathroom were a great touch.

Wonderful place that truly made the trip to NYC better. Very clean and the location was perfect. I was worried about finding parking but it was actually very easy to find a spot. I loved the modern fixtures of the place and the bed was so comfortable. I locked myself out by mistake and Travis was very quick to respond and help. Overall I highly recommend this place and if you want an clean and hassle-free place to stay while visiting the city, this is the place for you.

Beautiful space, Travis was responsive and the place was perfect for anyone needing to work from home while also tip toe in the city. Area is perfect right off the C, plenty to do. The space only has 3 little steps that lead you to the hall and it’s god sent lol- perfect for lots of luggage. Overall great stay, would stay again xx

The location of the bnb was very convenient. We were close to stores and restaurants, and just a few blocks away from the train which would get you to the city in 30 minutes give or take. The bnb itself had a great aesthetic and the team was very responsive and helpful. The bathroom’s heated floors was the cherry on top! Checking into the bnb was a hassle being that it was raining and I had heavy luggage with me. I couldn’t really see the padlock and the process took a while to get through. There’s 3 doors with locks to get in which wasn’t fun to have to unlock multiple times a day. We also had an issue with the drainage in this apartment. The bathroom and kitchen sinks clogged up after just seconds of having the water running. Additionally I wished we were provided with extra towels and kitchen supplies. Other than that, the bnb was great!

The home is in a safe location with a private entrance. Inside the decor and fixtures are new and modern. The kitchen, bedroom and kitchen are well stocked with amenities. Checkin was smooth and Travis was flexible. His house manager was spectacularly courteous and professional. The only problem I can think of is that I had to leave!

A nice, clean place to stay in a Brooklyn brownstone apartment. It wasn't completely clear that it was a basement apartment, which I would normally not go for, but after a thorough once/twice over, I felt good about the space. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, warm, and uncluttered. The shower was amazing. It might have been nice to have an extra set of towels for a 3 night stay, but we made due with what was there. We found parking on the block right away, and never had to park more than a half a block away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
