We had a really happy time at Boris's house. Pleasant and kind Boris, polite and warm Mike... Meeting these two people added wonderful memories to our trip. This accommodation, a minute away from the subway station, made it easy for us to travel anywhere in Manhattan. Boris is the best host ever! Super nice person that makes you feel like home and his fluffy cats that we already miss. Very proactive and responsive. Location is perfect right next to metro and stores and the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The house looks exactly like on pictures, definitely coming back to stay at Boris’s place :)

The place itself is clean, matches the description and is in a really convenient location as the A express train station is just a minute’s walk away from the Bnb. Boris and his roommate were extremely friendly and helpful and it was very interesting talking to them. The house is clean and has got an elevator. It's a quiet residential area but just a few blocks to the next supermarket and food places. It's very fast to go downtown with the "A train ". To relax we went in the little park round the corner. We had a room with two good sofa beds and an air conditioner/ fan that we could use like we wanted. We shared the little bathroom and the little kitchen - no problem at all - very respectful. He got three wonderful cats and me and my son really enjoyed every minute of the stay. Amazing value for this price!

Boris and the three furry bundles of joy 🐱 were a delight on our short trip to the big apple. We came as strangers and left as friends. Boris was helpful to allow us early check in so we could start our day sooner. The cats were the first to greet us, Oscar will become your friend and make his way into your suitcase to nap. Should you get to have some time with Boris, he may share some sweet treats and wonderful tea with you over stories of his life. This was the best experience I could have hoped for and we were able to pack so much in. The area is safe and comfortable and Boris is great with making recommendations and guiding you. Had a lovely stay at Boris’ apartment. He was very welcoming and flexible with check in, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant trip. The apartment is also very close to an A train stop, so it’s easy to get downtown. Three very sweet cats complete the experience!

Boris was great! We had a great time with his cats and the place is just around the corner from the subway! We had a great time in Manhattan! Boris was very accommodating, he even let us keep our bags at his apartment after check-out time as we had a late flight and told us how to get to the airport as well as local recommendations. The fan in the room was also amazing! If we are ever back in NY we look forward to staying here again.

Boris was incredibly nice and friendly. The room size was nice, the beds were comfy, the shower pressure was good, and the AC was refreshing. Had a desk for when my friend and I needed to get some work done and a mini fridge where we could store our drinks and leftovers. 2 minutes walk to the A train for easy travel around Manhattan. Highlight is definitely the cute kitties that will come visit you! Very adorable. Overall wonderful stay :)

There is an express A-line subway station just 2-3 minutes away that goes to downtown, and the GW Terminal is a 5-minute walk, so you can quickly go to Koreatown and get some Korean food just by crossing the bridge. There is a 24-hour Dominican restaurant near the terminal, and there are taco trucks nearby that are open late. His three cats behave like dogs and are very friendly. We stayed 2 nights in Boris' accomodation and had a very nice stay. The place is cozy, Boris was very welcoming and was understanding towards us when we arrived later than expected. He gave us some recommendations of things to do around the appartment which was nice since we weren't familiar with the area. The apartment is also next to a subway station so it was easy to get around. All in all would recommend to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in New-York!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, apartment was exactly how described and Boris was the perfect host - easy to communicate with, proactive and helpful. Even without asking we got towels changed and an AC when the room happened to get too hot (heat wave).Boris is one the kindest hosts I’ve met and was such a pleasure to spend time with him during the stay. The place was perfect, shared bathroom was basically our own, cats were super chill and overall everything went well. Boris I miss you bud, but I’ll be back for sure on my next NYC visit!

My boyfriend came from England to meet my family. It was his first time in the USA so him and I stayed at Boris’ the weekend before Christmas to do all of the touristy NYC Christmas time things. Boris’ house was perfect. A little bit outside of the main clutter so it’s a peaceful environment to go home to after a long day of fighting through the Christmas crowds, but it’s also super close to the A train so everything is easily accessible. His home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. He has 3 very sweet cats, but you wouldn’t know because he keeps his home very clean. He was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back in the future.

Staying with Borris and his beautiful sweet kitties was the best decision of our trip! Nothing better than being able to feel 100% safe, and welcomed as if it was our own home. Boris went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed, knew how to get everywhere and felt comfortable during our stay. He accommodated our early arrival. His home was very clean. The kitties were sweet, gentle and fascinating! You must enjoy their company or this is not the place for you. However you don’t need to worry about cat hair- Boris is very good at keeping it clean. He could not have been more respectful. Women traveling alone or with a small group will feel safe there. I will be staying with him on future trips whenever possible! Five stars and an extra for the kitties! Location is great too.

Boris’s place was amazing!! He has a super cool apartment and his cats are absolutely adorable. Boris was also super kind and communicative. We felt really safe in the area and it was extremely convenient to get into midtown, as there was a subway stop 2 min away from the apartment that had the express train. Although the bathroom was shared, there was never any overlap and it basically seemed like we had it to ourselves which was great. Overall 10/10 experience, would love to stay again!
