Lavonne was a very communicative host. Our flight areived late and she stayed up to make sure we got in with no issues. The space is truly more than the photos provide. Having a mini kitchenette was a nice bonus. It is an older home and could use a little TLC, but nothing that hindered the stay. I appreciate she allowed late checkout for a reasonable additional cost. My birthday was a blast!

This bnb is in my home town so I know the area. The area is safe, plenty of street parking (just read the parking signs). The bnb is decorated so beautiful. Lavonne is such a great host and she is very welcoming. This is my 2nd time staying here and I will be back again!

Drove up for a concert, and it was a perfect location. I was able to park easily and we were able to get around the city just fine. The space was so adorable and super comfortable + very clean. It was more than enough for us and we had so much fun. Lavonne was also super nice! I will be back for the next concert I attend here.

Lavonne was a great host, I had no issues with the place, it was very comfortable and clean, only thing I’d recommend for the future is just a little more clarity in where to go to access where you’re staying, we had to wait a little minute to get in contact and figure out how to get in, however once inside absolutely no complaints! We will definitely stay here again!

This was a very short time but we had a great time at Lavonne’s place.Her communication was very clear and concise. She was very friendly and accommodating. Her place is like your own little oasis. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lavonne’s place! From the start, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. The home itself was not only comfortable but also so cute and well-decorated, making it the perfect space to relax. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. (Her pics online does her place no justice… it’s 10x better) I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made my stay even better. Let's just start off by saying it's better than home if I could give a higher Star rate I would! Lavonne is Extremely Extraordinary and Resolution is instant like a Fairy God Mother. The place is beautiful we don't wanna leave and will be back.! I recommend this listing if you're ever traveling to the Queens area it's near all Exit's needed to travel into the city with congested traffic and toll pricing, please leave some time for me to reserve again. All family and Business travel needs available upon request if not already available. Enjoy!

Lavonne is a lovely host, she is very proactive and goes out of her way to ensure her guests are well provided for. She even offered to pick up some stuff on her supermarket run for us and that was beyond generous and thoughtful. I will definitely book again and I look forward to seeing Lavonne again! Literally the sweetest person you can come across!

At first, this was a great booking. Lavonne was very communicative, and I had very clear expectations. But, I became more and more disenchanted with my stay over time. First, I had asked her about her service of airport drop off, and asked her about picking me up from the airport instead. She said she was able to offer that service, and when I asked her about it the day before my flight, she said I would need to get an Uber. Second, she offered early check in for 20 extra dollars after I had already asked her about coming later than the check in time, because I knew my plans would go on until after 4 pm. She then gave me attitude after I told her we already talked about me coming late. This communicated to me that she was not paying attention to my messages. And, when I got to the place, the bathroom had clumps of hair all over the bathtub, and some mats & the comforter had stains. Plus, when trying to relax, it sounded like multiple kids were running around upstairs, for about an hour

This is hands down one of my most favorite bnb’s I have stayed at ever! The theme is super cute and cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love the style and apartment layout and I would definitely visit again. The host was very responsive and helpful too!

My overnight stay at Lavonne’s place was a great experience! Lavonne was great with communication through the whole experience and flexible to accommodate a slightly later arrival than previously arranged. I was in a full size truck and she was very helpful in helping me find a parking space on the street and was proactive in helping me correct part of that situation I overlooked. Her space was also a great one to get refreshed for a few hours after a long road trip with plenty of room for me and some nice amenities.

We had a great stay with Lavonne. She was flexible and was always accommodating. The place was beautiful, each room had great accommodations and we really enjoyed the neighbourhood. It was very peaceful and family oriented and we were extremely happy during our stay!

Lavonne was always very responsive - we had trouble with the lock not accepting the access code and she was able to fix it even around 1.30am in the morning. Good location for someone who is looking to visit the Queens area. The main concerns was that while the floor looked clean, it was sticky (maybe as a residue of a cleaning product). The bathroom door would not close without a lot of force, so we had to keep it open, and lastly was the bedding provided was not of quality (very thin blanket provided, and the pillows were mostly deflated or lumpy.
